The Global GraduateProgramme– A Fast-Track to Leadership
The Sibelco Global GraduateProgrammeis designed to accelerate the careers of promising individuals. It is a two-year rotationalprogrammeconsisting of two one-year assignments in key operational and commercial roles.
Theprogrammeprovides hands-on experience withreal businessprojects, ensuring early responsibility and exposure to strategic decision-making.
Participants are offered a permanent contract from the start, ensuring long-term career prospects within Sibelco.
As part of thisprogramme, we are recruiting a Graduate in Commercial Business Development for a one-year assignment focused on market growth and commercial excellence in China.
In addition, graduates must be open to spending their second year in a different cluster outside of theirinitialregion.
Your Impact in This Role
Conducting market research andidentifyinggrowth opportunities
Developing market maps and competitive intelligence
Supporting business case development and customer engagement
Analyzing sales performance and profitability
Supporting forecasting, pricing, and commercial planning
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives
What You Bring to the Table
Degree in Business, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Interest in commercial strategy, sales, and market development
Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English
Proficiencyin Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools (Power BI is a plus)
Ability to work in cross-functional and multicultural environments
