Amoria Bond is a fast-growing international Recruitment Consulting Company with offices all over Europe and Asia. We are active in the fields of Engineering, Life Sciences and IT and currently looking to expand our Dutch-speaking team with an office in the heart of Amsterdam.

You will receive an extensive Onboarding with support from our Learning & Development Team, which is why you do not need previous experience in Recruitment.

What will you do?

  • Have the opportunity to build your own niche market, becoming a recruitment expert in the sector.
  • Work independently being the main point of contact for clients and candidates.
  • Support clients by recruiting candidates and filling in their vacancies asap.
  • Negotiate deals for clients and interviewees.
  • Build relationships with managers and qualify appropriate candidates for their vacancies.

What do you bring?

  • You have gained some experience in Business Development or Sales.
  • You easy to connect with and an open communicator.
  • You are eager to build and care for relationships.
  • You are a motivated, ambitious and results-driven team player.
  • You have excellent conversational spoken and written skills in Dutch and English (Swedish, French and/or German are a plus)
