Are you a recent graduate with a passion for problem-solving, business improvement, and technology? We're looking for a Graduate Business Analyst - to join our Wholesale Operations team and play a key role in driving continuous improvement across the business.

Commencing on 9 February 2027, our Graduate Program offers an exciting opportunity to kick-start your career in a supportive environment while gaining hands-on experience in business analysis, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and IT Service Management (ITSM).

In this role, you will partner with stakeholders across Wholesale Operations to identify inefficiencies, prioritise improvement opportunities, and help deliver practical solutions across people, processes, and technology. By supporting continuous improvement initiatives, you'll contribute to enhancing operational performance, reducing process waste, improving ITSM capabilities, and delivering better outcomes for both the business and our customers.

This role is based in Sydney, with a hybrid work model that combines office and remote working.

What you’ll be doing

  • Analyse current business processes, workflows, systems, and ways of working to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Customer Experience, Customer Success, Technology, and Wholesale Operations Support teams.
  • Gather, document, and analyse business requirements.
  • Assist in defining future-state processes and solutions.
  • Support improvements to ITSM tools, operational workflows, knowledge management, and reporting capabilities.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and process review sessions.
  • Monitor and measure the success of implemented improvements.
  • Maintain process documentation and contribute to continuous improvement practices.
  • Support operational readiness, project delivery, and transition activities.
  • Follow a structured development pathway with mentoring, professional development opportunities and clear milestones designed to accelerate your growth.
  • Participate in graduate program workshops, networking opportunities and development sessions alongside other graduates across the business.

What we’re looking for

  • Recent completion of a degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Commerce, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to document processes, findings, and recommendations clearly.
  • Previous internship, work experience, or exposure to Business Analysis or Software Engineering.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Process mapping or process improvement experience.
  • Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles.
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions across people, process, and technology.

We're looking for people who are curious, motivated and eager to learn. If you bring the right attitude, we'll help you build the skills.

About Aussie Broadband

Aussie Broadband is in business to change the telco game.

We're a rapidly growing internet service provider with a reputation for providing high-quality internet, transparent customer service and a great place to work. We are proud to have an all-Australian based support team, and don't need to go offshore. We believe it is possible to work smarter, not harder, and keep jobs locally.

We've evolved from a start-up in a lounge room in Morwell, later merging with Westvic Broadband, and now listed on the ASX. We are the fifth largest provider of NBN services across Australia.

We offer a range of services across the residential, small business and enterprise segments, wholesale and white label segments. Aussie Broadband is also well-known for operating a quality network, with the rollout of our own fibre network across Australia underway.

We not only challenge the game in telco, but also other games worth playing - like a focus on inclusion, values that live within the business rather than on the walls, how a rapidly growing company can still feel like a family, how we can make our communities better, and how a regional business can make a national impact.
