We are seeking a passionate and creative Emirati Graduate Architect to join our Architecture Team. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our talented team of designers to develop innovative design concepts for high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth, hands-on experience, and mentorship in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing creative architectural concepts and designs under the guidance of senior architects.
• Prepare high-quality 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Contribute to the preparation of concept drawings, sketches, and diagrams.
• Research and integrate innovative design trends, materials, and techniques into project proposals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project.
• Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and client presentations.
• Support the team in generating design documentation for submissions and competitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field.
• 0–2 years of professional experience in architecture, preferably in concept design.
• Proficiency in design and visualization tools, such as AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with advanced rendering software like V-Ray, Enscape, D5 or Lumion is a plus.
• Strong design sensibility and ability to think creatively and conceptually.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the team.
