The Audi Eastern Region Graduate Analyst will participate in a structured rotational program across Retail Analytics & Program Coordination, After Sales Analytics, and Franchise & Facility Operations. This role is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of regional sales operations, dealer performance, and customer experience within Audi of America. The analyst will collaborate with regional leadership, dealership partners, and cross-functional teams to analyze data, support key business initiatives, and drive operational excellence across the Eastern Region.

Possible Tasks within this Role

Rotation 1

Retail Analytics & Program Coordination:

This rotation focuses on understanding how retail performance analytics and regional coordination drive dealer network success. The analyst will learn to manage data insights, identify sales opportunities, and support reporting and operational processes that strengthen dealer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct retail sales, inventory, and wholesale performance analysis to identify market trends.
  • Develop and automate reports for the field and dealer network to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support regional forecasting, budgeting, and reporting efforts in coordination with HQ Sales Operations.
  • Assist in coordinating regional programs and initiatives that improve dealer performance.
  • Provide analytical and administrative support to enhance communication and alignment across regional teams.

Rotation 2

After Sales Analytics:

This rotation provides hands-on experience in After Sales operations, focusing on performance benchmarking and program management. The analyst will evaluate key parts and service performance metrics to identify trends and support continuous improvement initiatives across the dealer network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze After Sales KPIs, including parts inventory, purchases, and workshop sales, to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop automated reporting tools and dashboards for internal teams and dealer partners.
  • Support the Regional After Sales Manager and Parts & Accessories Specialist with program coordination and communications
  • Liaise with HQ and field teams to ensure consistent data flow and accurate performance measurement.
  • Contribute to process optimization projects that enhance efficiency and dealer satisfaction.

Rotation 3

Retail Network:

This rotation offers exposure to the operational and compliance aspects of Audi’s retail network. The analyst will learn how dealership standards, facilities, and franchise processes contribute to the brand’s premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend weekly meetings on franchising and facility upgrades, maintaining accurate reports and records.
  • Update and manage franchise tracking activity reports and audit facility documentation.
  • Conduct GM audits and update master lists with dealership and facility changes.
  • Draft and distribute franchise-related communications and reports.
  • Support regional field staff with reporting, compliance monitoring, and documentation management.

Qualification requirements

Preferred Degree

Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Skills

  • Analytical thinking and data interpretation for strategic decision-making.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
