You’ll love this role if you’re a naturally curious problem solver who enjoys working with numbers and wants to apply actuarial thinking to real business challenges.

This is a permanent opportunity for a recent graduate (or early-career professional) with a foundation in actuarial, statistical, mathematical or similar quantitative discipline who is ready to step into a hands-on role. You’ll gain exposure to pricing, underwriting and portfolio analytics, building your capability while making a real impact.

From day one, you’ll be learning how data and risk come together across the business, supporting analysis, contributing to pricing and underwriting decisions, and working closely with the Actuarial team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Analysing portfolio trends, risk factors and underwriting performance
• Preparing and transforming data for analysis and modelling
• Supporting pricing and underwriting system improvements and implementations
• Building and maintaining reports for stakeholders
• Responding to business queries and contributing to data-driven decisions

What will help you succeed

• Actuarial, statistical, mathematical degree or a similar quantitative discipline
• Exposure to data analysis, modelling or programming (through study or projects)
• Strong Excel and intermediate computer skills
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborative approach and willingness to learn
