The Seqwater Engineering Graduate Program
Commencing in July 2026, Seqwater's two-year program is designed to equip you with the practical skills and knowledge needed to advance your career in the utilities industry.
This program includes a structured learning and development program, providing a solid foundation as you complete four 6-month rotations across different areas of the business.
Focusing on graduates in Process/Chemical, Geotechnical, or Civil Engineering, these rotations offer professional exposure to various aspects of Seqwater's operations.
Additionally, Seqwater graduates benefit from a structured professional development program aimed at enhancing skills and supporting career growth within the utilities industry.

As a development program this position has a starting salary of $90,491.97 + 12.75% Superannuation with incremental increases through the program. These positions are permanant fulltime opportunities.

We’re looking for graduates that have a real interest for their chosen field, that can translate into passion and dedication for the advancement of the South East Queensland water industry.
In order to apply you must have:
Working rights in Australia
Be an undergraduate studying Engineering in either Chemical/Process, Civil or Geotechnical in your final year due to complete prior to July 2026 or completed your degree in the last two years with sound academic achievement (GPA 4+).

Seqwater’s recruitment process
