We are looking for an experienced and skilled Grader Operator to operate motor graders for road leveling, surface finishing, and grading activities at the project site. The ideal candidate must ensure safe, accurate, and efficient operation of the grader in accordance with project specifications and safety guidelines.
Operate motor graders to level, smooth, and shape surfaces for roads, foundations, and other construction work.
Perform fine grading, slope shaping, and finishing according to plans and specifications.
Conduct pre-start inspections to ensure the grader is in safe and proper working condition.
Monitor grade indicators and adjust blade positions to achieve required surface levels.
Work closely with surveyors and site supervisors to maintain correct grades and alignments.
Maintain daily logs and report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor.
Follow all site safety procedures and ensure safe operation near personnel and other machinery.
Assist in minor maintenance and cleaning of the grader as required.
Valid Qatar Heavy Equipment Operator License (for Grader).
Minimum 35 years of experience operating graders in road construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
Strong understanding of grading techniques, slope control, and surface finishing.
Familiarity with construction drawings and elevation levels.
Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and hydraulic systems.
Physically fit and alert during long operational hours.
Excellent control and precision handling of grader equipment.
Strong safety awareness and communication skills.
Ability to read and follow site plans accurately.
Good teamwork and coordination with ground crews and supervisors.
Focused attention to detail and high-quality workmanship.
