業務内容

  • ブティック来店のお客様へのお出迎え・ご案内・お見送りなど、最高水準のホスピタリティを提供し、シャネルブランドの世界観を体現する
  • 店舗運営や接客オペレーションのサポート、店舗内の環境管理、売上目標達成への貢献
  • ファッションだけでなく、時計・宝飾、香水・化粧品、レストラン、イベント等、多岐に渡る知識を身につけ、お客様に最適なご案内をする
  • シャネルのブランド・ビジョン、サービス基準の理解と体現
  • 全てのお客様(ローカル・インターナショナルクライアントの両方)へのパーソナルなサービス・ケア
