Responsible for managing and executing core HR operations across the Atizapan and Miyana sites, including onboarding, offboarding, employee administration, time and attendance management, payroll coordination, personnel documentation, audits, and employee support. Ensures compliance with company policies, maintains accurate employee records, and delivers a positive employee experience.
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities for new hires at Atizapan and Miyana.
• Manage welcome kits, employment documentation, contracts and employee files.
• Conduct onboarding sessions and support new hires during their first days.
• Process employee record updates and maintain accurate personnel files.
• Support payroll processes through collection, validation and submission of time and attendance incidents, overtime, sales incentives, bonus, vacations, disabilities, Infonavit and Fonacot updates.
• Provide support to managers regarding Kronos, payroll closures and employee administration topics.
• Coordinate offboarding activities, severance documentation, labor certificates and employee file closure.
• Support internal and external audits and provide requested HR documentation.
• Serve as point of contact for employee inquiries and People Hub support.
• Knowledge of HR operations, onboarding, offboarding and personnel administration.
• Experience working with payroll, time & attendance and HRIS systems.
• Ability to manage confidential information.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to detail and compliance orientation.
• Experience supporting multiple sites and interacting with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, COEs, managers and employees. Proven ability to manage high-volume administrative activities while maintaining service quality and compliance.
