Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Finance workstream across design, build, testing, deployment, cutover, go-live, and stabilization, maintaining accountability for milestones, decisions, risks, approvals, and deliverables.
• Provide leadership and coordination for Finance Global Process Owners supporting Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger Accounting. Each Finance GPO is expected to dedicate approximately 30% of working time to the SAP implementation while continuing operational responsibilities.
• Establish Finance priorities, assign and track deliverables, ensure deadlines and approvals are met, resolve resource or process gaps, and escalate issues requiring leadership decisions.
• Own and validate global Finance requirements, process flows, and end-to-end scenarios, ensuring the future-state solution reflects enterprise needs rather than individual site or regional preferences.
• Champion SAP Fit-to-Standard and best practices; lead Finance fit-gap decisions, challenge unnecessary customization, and govern deviations from the approved global design.
• Serve as the primary Finance bridge to IT and implementation partner by translating requirements, participating in solution/configuration reviews, resolving open questions, validating designs, and communicating business decisions.
• Lead Finance participation in SIT, UAT, regression testing, mock cutovers, and go-live validation; ensure defects are prioritized, resolved, retested, and accepted by the appropriate business owners.
• Drive end-to-end financial validation across Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Warehouse/Inventory, Planning, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and other integrated workstreams.
• Coordinate Finance master data, data migration, reconciliation, reporting, workflow, and financial control requirements to support accurate conversion and operational readiness.
• Partner with OCM, training leads, Finance GPOs, and SMEs to validate process documentation, training content, business readiness, and adoption of approved future-state processes.
• Support Finance cutover and go-live readiness, including reconciliation, open items, critical dependencies, go/no-go inputs, and transition to post-go-live support.
• Partner with PMO on planning, governance, risks, issues, dependencies, status reporting, and readiness while maintaining Finance leadership responsibilities as the primary job priority.
• Provide concise executive reporting on Finance status, milestones, decisions, testing progress, risks, resource constraints, and readiness; escalate blockers requiring cross-functional or executive resolution.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships and drive timely resolution where Finance requirements or downstream accounting impacts intersect with other workstreams.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3+ Years experience with demonstrated leadership in finance or other business areas.
• 2+ Years experience with ERP implementations, enterprise transformation, global process standardization, or complex cross-functional initiatives. Participation in audit practices is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end financial integration, controls, and the accounting impacts generated by operational business processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead GPOs/process owners, SMEs, business stakeholders, IT teams, implementation partners, and senior leadership through decisions and project delivery.
• Strong project execution, communication, prioritization, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• SAP S/4HANA experience preferred; SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and Financial Accounting implementation experience are highly desirable.
• Global manufacturing, distribution, or supply-chain experience is preferred.
