HCA Healthcare UK Primary Care Division owns and operates a large network of private GP practices and health centres. We are actively recruiting for three newly created positions to help our practices thrive while putting the patient experience first.
We have three exciting opportunities for professional and enthusiastic GP Patient Coordinators to provide administrative support to our clinical teams, ensuring patients are kept informed about their appointments, billing, referrals, diagnostics, and ongoing care plans.
These newly created roles are varied and people-focused. You will work as part of a friendly, collaborative team, supporting both patients and clinicians to deliver exceptional care across up to three different sites, as required.
The role combines front-of-house reception, clinical coordination, medical secretarial support, and administrative excellence to ensure every patient receives a seamless, five-star experience and exceptional service.
Many of our senior colleagues began their careers in this role and progressed into leadership, practice management, and patient services positions. We provide mentorship and development opportunities to help you grow and achieve your career goals.
