Indicative Total Remuneration: MD2 $367,340 - $715,819 p.a (pro rata)

About the Role:

As a Consultant GP Obstetrician (or Specialist Obstetrician), you’ll be part of the department’s medical leadership team. You’ll help shape the future of maternity and gynaecology care for the region through clinical excellence, mentorship, and innovation.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality inpatient and outpatient obstetrics and gynaecology services.
• Support the clinical development of junior doctors and the broader multidisciplinary team.
• Lead and participate in quality improvement and clinical governance initiatives.
• Ensure the department meets ongoing accreditation and safety standards.

Ideal Candidate:
