Join PwC Ireland's Government & Public Sector Consulting practice, to help reimagine public services and deliver better outcomes for citizens. As a Government Technology Senior Manager you will deliver, technology and AI enabled solutions that build public trust and deliver lasting improvements across the public sector. You will bring deep knowledge of Ireland’s public sector and political context, exceptional stakeholder leadership, and a proven record of both successful delivery in complex, matrixed environments and in supporting business growth.

Purpose-Led Work You'll Be Part Of

As a Senior Manager, you will work as part of a teamleveragingyour influence,expertiseand network to deliver quality results for Public Sector clients while contributing to business growth for PwC’s Government & Public Sector team. You will;

• Lead, deliver and support large-scaletechnology and AItransformation programmes across government and public sector clients.

• Support sector and account growth within G&PS go-to-market strategiesin relation to technology and AI enablement, including the identification of new opportunities and shaping proposals.

• Support the development and implementation oftechnology and AI solutions to enablefuture-state operating models, organisational structures, and workforce strategies.

• Apply project management and change management methodologies to supporttechnology and AItransformation initiatives.

• Collaborate with clients to co-create solutions that address complex organisational challenges.

• Collaboratively work with diverse teams and stakeholders to deliversolutions tocomplex problems with a key focus on benefits realisation and sustained value creation.

• Anticipate stakeholder needs, developing and discussing potential solutions pre-emptively.

• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and manage relationships at senior levels.

• Ensure delivery of high-quality outputs aligned to client expectations and project goals.

Your Profile

• 7+ years’ experience in technology or technology transformation in Government or Public Sector consulting.

• Deep understanding of one or more Government technology solutions (e.g. Case Management, Customer Relationship Management, Grants Management, Citizen Services)

• A track recordin business development and client relationship management with strong commercial acumen and an ability toidentifyand convert business development opportunities.

• Knowledge of the challenges facing Irish government and public sector organisations.

• Strongtrack recordof leading complex technology,dataand AI programmes withinlarge‑scaleenvironments.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience navigating political and operational complexities.

• Relevant undergraduate and / orMaster’sdegree in a technology related field

• Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum/Agile, vendor certifications.
