Roles and Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with government clients, understand their needs, and position suitable products or services effectively.
• Develop strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets, customer satisfaction, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
• Manage government procurement processes, ensure compliance with regulations, and lead contract negotiations with support from legal and finance teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as product, delivery, and support to ensure successful implementation and continuous service improvement.
• Monitor market trends, government policies, and sales performance, while preparing reports, forecasts, and identifying growth opportunities.
