Job Duties:
Represent the company and liaise with government authorities and third parties to manage company, labor, and immigration requirements.
Coordinate and handle all employee visa, labor, and immigration processes including hiring, renewals, transfers, and exits.
Ensure compliance with labor and immigration laws, communicate updates and risks, and protect the company’s interests.
Maintain accurate records and system tracking, prepare required reports, and support employee and management inquiries.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of experience
