In this Role, you’ll get to
  • Actively contribute to the company’s strategic direction by offering insights into government policies, legal frameworks, and regulatory trends, helping ensure we’re always one step ahead while maximizing business opportunities. 
  • Cultivate and nurture strong, long-term relationships with government officials, regulators, and key industry bodies to safeguard our position and reputation within the sector. 
  • Monitor emerging policies, regulatory changes, and government initiatives that could impact our business, providing actionable recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Represent the company in policy discussions and advocacy efforts, helping to shape the future of the industry and advocating for policies that support our growth and sustainability.
  • Be our go-to person when navigating crises or urgent issues in government relations, managing them swiftly and effectively to protect the company’s best interests. 

What you'll Need to Succeed
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally in Public Policy, Political Science, Law, International Relations, or a similar field. 
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in government relations, with a strong preference for backgrounds in the OTA, tech, or internet industries. 
  • Have a track record of working with government agencies and navigating complex regulatory environments with ease. Your public relations and political sensitivity skills are second to none. 
  • Communication and negotiation skills are top-tier—you’re comfortable advocating for change and providing strategic guidance to senior leadership. 
  • Thrive in cross-cultural environments and are adept at working with diverse teams. Proficiency in multiple languages is a huge plus. 
  • Have a strong sense of responsibility and are a natural collaborator, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, ever-evolving work environment.
