Job Description

We are looking for an India market expert with extensive business development and sales experience in the Indian market, particularly within the Government and Public Sector

The ideal candidate has spent a significant part of their career focused on India, has an established network of senior-level contacts within Government Ministries and public sector organizations, and a proven ability to open doors, build trusted relationships, and create new business opportunities.

The position is based in Israel and requires frequent travel to India to meet with government ministries, public sector organizations, customers, partners, and other key stakeholders.

Your mission

• Develop and expand relationships with Government Ministries and public sector organizations across India.
• Open doors and establish access to senior government decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Identify, create, and develop new business opportunities within the Indian Government and Public Sector.
• Leverage existing relationships and networks to generate strategic opportunities.
• Build and manage relationships with local partners and system integrators.
• Work closely with the India Sales leadership team to advance strategic opportunities and support business growth.
• Represent the company in meetings, business events, and customer engagements in India.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in the Indian market, with India being a primary market and a significant part of the candidate’s business activity.
• Proven experience working with Government Ministries and public sector organizations in India.
• An established network of senior-level contacts within the Indian Government and public sector.
• Proven ability to open doors, build relationships, and develop new business opportunities at senior government levels.
• 8–10 years of experience in Business Development, Government Relations, or Enterprise Sales.
• Strong familiarity with the Indian business ecosystem, including local partners and system integrators.
• Strong techno-commercial understanding of IP Telephony, Unified Communications, and Collaboration solutions – a significant advantage.
• Willingness to travel frequently to India.
• Fluent English.
