A high school diploma or its equivalent and seven (7) years of professional or nonprofessional experience in systems analysis, management analysis, program planning, program research, program evaluation, engineering, or administrative work; or
A bachelor’s degree (4 years) from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of professional experience in systems analysis, management analysis, program planning, program research, program evaluation, engineering or administrative work; or
A master’s degree (6 years) from an accredited college or university and one (1) year of required experience as listed above.
Requires possession of a valid Class E driver license.

This position provides centralized executive, analytical, and operational support to the Office of Agriculture technology Services Director’s Office. The incumbent will manage technology contracts and purchasing workflows; develop and maintain strategic and tactical plans; coordinate creation and annual review of policies and procedures; produce executive-level reports and dashboards; and support special projects and audit responses. In addition, the incumbent will ensure compliance with Florida procurement requirements, departmental Administrative Policies & Procedures (AP&P), and governance while delivering accurate, decision-ready documentation to leadership.

Performs other duties as assigned. Ensures all supervised analytical and administrative functions comply with the Department’s Information Resource Security Program (Chapter 8 – Department’s Supervisory Manual). Oversee and participate in Disaster Recovery activities as required. Ensures subordinate analysts maintain required documentation and participate in recovery testing, compliance routines, and security‑driven operational requirements.
