In this role, you'll:


Working as part of a team delivering structured, high‑quality governance across a major public transport program supporting robust decision‑making, timely issue resolution, and a culture of accountability that helps shape the future of NSW’s cities, centres and regions.

This role will see you own and streamline core governance processes: provide high‑level secretariat support to governance groups; draft clear, decision‑ready papers and briefing materials; manage action and decision registers; coordinate the Independent International Review Panel; and facilitate program meetings that drive priorities to completion.

You’ll also support ministerial and parliamentary correspondence, house folder notes and speech notes gaining exposure to senior forums and developing your influence across a complex, high‑profile program environment.

This is a permanent Hybrid role with five days a month to be spent at the new Macquarie Park office and a further five days to be spent at either the Macquarie Park office, or another TfNSW location.

About you


You will have strong governance, secretariat and/or program support expertise built across complex project environments in government or large multi‑stakeholder organisations.

You’re recognised as a collaborative, accountable operator who can plan, prioritise and deliver under pressure; you’re skilled at preparing briefing notes and meeting materials that cut through; and you’re experienced in navigating shifting deadlines while maintaining quality and integrity of advice.

Demonstrated experience in governance/secretariat or program management support, including documentation and register management, and coordinating senior forums.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to produce clear, decision‑ready papers and correspondence and appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent professional experience.
