Job Description

You may have been part of some big projects before, but this work is legacy-building.

You're looking to contribute to the transformation of the transport sector towards a greener and more sustainable future. You want to actively participate in shaping policies and initiatives that reduce carbon emissions, promote renewable energy adoption, and enhance the overall environmental performance of the transport network.

In this role, you'll:


Working as part of a team delivering effective project governance, reporting and engagement across the branch.


This role will see you own and manage the portfolio schedule, maintaining visibility of all milestones and attending workstream meetings, ensure governance is met by partnering with the Ecosystem Lead on systems and procedures and proactively reporting gaps, and maintain accurate action tracking to support delivery and accountability.


You will drive clarity, discipline and governance outcomes in a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment


This is a Fixed Term Contract until 31/12/27. The home office location is 231 Elizabeth Street however regional based candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

About you


Your strong governance, engagement and project reporting expertise formed across program, portfolio or project environments will see you deliver clear insights, robust reporting and effective coordination across competing priorities. You’re recognised as a trusted adviser, skilled at translating strategy into performance measures and managing complex reporting and approvals, experienced in developing and improving governance frameworks and reporting systems, and partnering with stakeholders to support sound financial management and project outcomes.
