The Governance & Regulatory Affairs Advisor is responsible for providing strategic and operational support on matters of corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory engagement. This role ensures the organization operates in line with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and best practices in corporate governance. The Advisor acts as a trusted partner to senior management and the Board, enabling informed decision-making and maintaining strong relationships with regulators and key stakeholders.
