Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused professional to support governance, operational, and compliance-related activities within a fast-paced corporate environment.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives managing workflows, coordinating across teams, maintaining operational rigor, and driving high-quality execution under tight timelines. The position works closely with senior stakeholders and supports critical operational processes requiring accuracy, discretion, and strong follow-through.

Responsibilities
Governance & Operational Support

  • Support recurring governance, compliance, and operational processes across the team.
  • Coordinate documentation, approvals, tracking activities, and related workflows.
  • Maintain trackers, calendars, templates, records, and operational documentation.
  • Help ensure deliverables and deadlines remain on track and accurately executed.

Process & Workflow Management

  • Execute repeatable processes with strong attention to detail and consistency.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve workflows.
  • Support development and maintenance of scalable operational processes and documentation.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Partner across legal, finance, compliance, and business teams to support execution of key initiatives and deliverables.
  • Proactively identify risks, gaps, missing information, or timeline concerns.
  • Support high-priority deliverables in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Digital & Operational Enablement

  • Support adoption and use of operational tools, workflow solutions, and automation opportunities.
  • Help maintain accurate and organized documentation across systems and repositories.
  • Contribute to process transparency, reporting, and operational efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 3 - 6 years of experience in operations, program coordination, legal operations, project management, consulting, compliance, or similar environments.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working within structured processes and operational frameworks.
  • Proactive mindset with strong ownership and follow-through.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in governance, legal, compliance, or regulated environments is helpful but not required.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $94,700.00 and $157,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
