The Operational Resilience & Governance team sits within Business Operations L&H Re. We are a diverse, global team with a clear mandate: to align governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and internal controls into a cohesive and forward-looking framework. We work closely with the business to not only safeguard today's operations, but to anticipate and prepare for future challenges, making us a key enabler of sustainable performance.

You're a strategic thinker who can navigate complexity while maintaining a practical approach to risk and governance. You understand that effective governance isn't about bureaucracy but about enabling better business decisions. You're equally comfortable analyzing detailed risk data and communicating insights to senior stakeholders.

The estimated base salary range for this position for Armonk, NY is $120,000 to $200,000. The specific salary offered for this, or any given role will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to job location, scope of role, qualifications, complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent, experience, education, and employer budget. This means that we consider all components of compensation in their totality (such as base pay, short-and long-term incentives, and benefits offered), in setting individual compensation.
Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at least three days per week
