概要（Overview）

本ポジションは、株式会社アストロスケールホールディングスおよび当社グループのガバナンス・管理体制を支える業務を担当し、株主総会・取締役会の運営、法令遵守対応、規程の整備・運営、株式関連の事務、登記、法定資料の作成などを通じて、経営基盤を支える役割を担います。

主な職務内容（Key Responsibilities）

1. 株主総会、取締役会、その他各種法定会議体の企画・運営サポート
2. 会社法に基づく、各種手続き、登記、公告などの対応
3. 各種社内規程、ガバナンス・内部統制関連文書の作成・更新
4. 株式関連事務（ストックオプション、株式実務など）
5. 部署横断的なプロジェクトの参画、推進サポート
6. メンバーのマネジメント
7. その他、上長・経営陣からの特命案件対応など

応募資格（Requirements）

必須要件（Must Have）

• 従業員100名以上の企業における総務・法務・管理部門いずれかでの実務経験
  （職務内容に記載の1～4のいずれかの業務経験を有する方）
• 日本語：ネイティブレベル

• 英語：日常会話レベル（読み書き、コミュニケーションが可能な方）

歓迎要件（Nice to Have）

• 株主総会取締役会の運営実務経験
• 上場企業での総務・ガバナンス・法務経験
• コンプライアンス・リスク管理に関する知識
• 英語での会議参加や海外拠点との業務経験
• 部下のマネジメント経験
