What you’ll do
Support Boards and committees to plan, prepare and run effective meetings
Create clear agendas, papers, minutes and action trackers for decisions
Build strong relationships with executives and senior stakeholders across the business
Keep governance policies and processes up to date
Maintain registers and support audits, returns and regulatory compliance

You have
Strong knowledge and understanding of governance, risk or compliance
Experience supporting boards or senior meetings professionally and effectively
Excellent writing skills to produce clear minutes and reports
Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities confidently
Confidence to build relationships and challenge constructively

The practical bits
You’ll work Monday to Friday.
We typically work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in our Newcastle upon Tyne office, with the rest from home
