We are now looking for a highly driven Governance and Project Compliance Manager to strengthen delivery governance, ensure compliance adherence, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within our Service Delivery and Project Management functions.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining governance frameworks, compliance standards, operational processes, and delivery methodologies that support efficient execution and sustainable business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional delivery teams, customers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with group directives, legal and financial requirements, quality standards, and global and local Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety (E+OHS) regulations.

The ideal candidate is a strategic and analytical leader with strong telecom delivery experience, governance expertise, and a passion for operational excellence and transformation.

What you will do:

  • Lead governance and compliance activities across telecom service delivery and customer projects
  • Develop, implement, and maintain delivery frameworks, methodologies, governance models, and compliance processes
  • Ensure adherence to group directives, legal and financial requirements, quality standards, and E+OHS regulations
  • Drive audit readiness activities, compliance assessments, risk reviews, and governance reporting
  • Monitor operational and project compliance metrics, analyze key trends, and recommend improvement initiatives
  • Support project governance through risk management, issue escalation, process control, and performance tracking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment between operational execution and governance standards
  • Manage and support Service Delivery teams by fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
  • Identify opportunities for business process optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements
  • Support competence development initiatives through training, knowledge sharing, certification programs, and career development activities
  • Ensure data accuracy, reporting integrity, privacy, and information security compliance
  • Contribute to business growth initiatives by supporting operational readiness and governance strategies for new opportunities and add-on sales
