
Our client URGENTLY requires a Governance and Operations Coordinator for a 12 months+ Contract role on the Sunshine Coast.
The Governance and Operations Coordinator serves as a critical operational linchpin, acting as the connective tissue between high-level stakeholder management and the day-to-day administrative execution required to keep infrastructure projects moving. You will manage a high-volume executive inbox and serve as the primary point of contact for the Stakeholder Management unit, while proactively identifying process inefficiencies. The position involves building and maintaining databases, SharePoint sites, and reporting tools to streamline team functions, alongside acting as a gatekeeper for record-keeping and administrative accuracy within the Queensland Government framework. We are seeking a proactive problem solver who can balance routine correspondence and reporting with dynamic project-based work, including community engagement and improvement initiatives.
