We are looking for a Project Management Office (PMO) Manager to join our Governance and Experience (GNE) team. This global team is responsible for ensuring that our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for users, sellers, and creators alike.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and oversee key regional and global projects, ensuring structured planning, effective execution, and alignment with business objectives.

2. Drive cross-functional collaboration across global eCommerce teams by coordinating communication, gathering business requirements, and developing scalable collaboration frameworks that enhance operational efficiency.

3. Manage key governance routines, including strategic meetings and reporting, to ensure consistent external representation and transparent, well-aligned internal communication across stakeholders.
