What is the role responsible for?

What will you be doing day-to-day?

  • Support compliance activities relating to internal controls, audits, certifications, regulatory requirements, and assurance reviews.
  • Produce regular reporting and analysis to measure operational performance, project delivery, compliance, and business outcomes.
  • Facilitate governance meetings, capturing actions, decisions, and key outcomes while ensuring follow-up activities are completed.

What you’ll bring

You don’t need experience in everything listed—but we’re especially keen to hear from people with some of the following skills:

  • Experience supporting governance, PMO, operational, compliance, risk, or assurance activities within a corporate environment.
  • Experience producing management information, governance reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for leadership teams and governance forums.
  • Experience maintaining governance artefacts including action logs, risk registers, issue logs, decision logs, and meeting records.
  • Experience coordinating governance meetings, boards, or forums, including agenda preparation, minute taking, and action tracking.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Experience analysing data and presenting information in a clear and meaningful format to support decision-making.
  • Experience supporting audit, compliance, certification, or assurance activities and coordinating evidence collection.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across operational, delivery, and leadership teams.

What do we offer you?

  • 25 days annual leave + birthday
  • Subsidised private medical insurance
  • 5.1% matched pension contributions
  • Enhanced parental leave
  • Life assurance and Income protection
  • Share save and incentive plans
