We are seeking a talented and experienced Yacht Chef to join our team. You will be responsible for crafting exceptional menus, preparing delicious meals, and providing high-end dining experiences for our discerning VIP clientele sailing the breathtaking waters of Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement customized menus tailored to guest preferences and dietary restrictions, showcasing your expertise in both international and Arabic cuisine.
  
• Prepare and cook a variety of gourmet meals using fresh, high-quality ingredients within a compact galley environment.
  
• Ensure the highest standards of food presentation and hygiene in accordance with maritime regulations.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized galley, adhering to proper inventory management practices.
  
• Work collaboratively with the yacht hostess and crew to ensure seamless service during meals.
  
• Adapt to guest requests and last-minute changes with flexibility and a positive attitude.
  
• May assist with yacht provisioning as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in a high-end restaurant or catering kitchen.
  
• Strong understanding of international and Arabic culinary styles and techniques.
  
• Experience working within space limitations and adapting to limited equipment (galley experience a plus).
  
• Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking methods.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  
• Impeccable hygiene standards and a commitment to food safety.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the crew.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
  
• Valid UAE residence visa or willingness to obtain one (preferred).
