Reports to: Goose Works Manufacturing Manager
Compensation: Hourly; Commensurate to Skills and Experience

Goose Works LLC is a subsidiary of Maas Energy Works specializing in the design, fabrication, and installation of biogas handling, compression, and upgrading equipment used on dairy digester sites across the United States.

Goose Works is looking for a motivated shop intern to support our fabrication and operations team with hands-on tasks in our Redding, CA facility. This is a great opportunity to gain real-world experience in an industrial equipment environment.
Responsibilities
• Assist shop and field staff with day-to-day tasks as directed
• Move, organize, and stage materials, parts, and equipment in the shop
• Help with basic assembly, cleaning, labeling, and inventory tasks
• Support the team during equipment preparation and loading/shipping
• Keep the shop organized and maintain a clean, safe work area
• Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a shop environment
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Some mechanical or shop experience is a plus but not required
