Your Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, code, and support scalable data pipelines and data models on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Build and maintain ETL processes to support enterprise data integration and analytics needs.
• Work extensively with GCP services such as BigQuery, Cloud Composer, and related data engineering tools.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and other stakeholders to translate data requirements into technical solutions.
• Support and enhance existing data warehouse systems and associated data pipelines.
• Ensure data quality, security, governance, and compliance across all data solutions.
• Optimize data processing workflows and storage efficiency while troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues.
• Continuously learn and adopt modern data engineering tools and practices (e.g., DBT, Monte Carlo, etc.).
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to iterative development and delivery.
• Work effectively in a globally distributed team environment while maintaining strong communication and collaboration.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience in data engineering, data pipelines, and cloud-based data warehouse solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially BigQuery and Cloud Composer.
• Strong expertise in ETL/ELT development and data integration processes.
• Solid understanding of data warehouse architecture, optimization techniques, and performance tuning.
• Experience ensuring data quality, security, and compliance in enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and delivery accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in Agile environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated team player with the ability to work in globally distributed teams.
• Preferred experience with modern data tools such as DBT and Monte Carlo.
• Preferred familiarity with data observability, data governance, and data quality frameworks.
