THE WORK:

Become a leader in the premier sales force for the Accenture Google Business Group (AGBG), bringingourmarket-leading Google Cloud solutions to our clients.This is more than a traditional sales role; you will be a strategic guide, helping clients navigate their most significant technology transformationsand unlock new possibilitiesAs a Sales Executive in the Accenture Google Business Group (AGBG), you will drive the end-to-end sales process fora fast-paced sales cycleprospecting, qualification, solution shaping, negotiation; build and manage a robust pipeline; work with cross-functional teams (pre-sales, delivery, alliances/partners, marketing) and represent the company as a trustedadvisor,matching our provensolutions to client needsYou will help clients harnesscutting-edgetechnologies—from Data & AI, modernization, and Generative AI toenhancedsecurity, reimagined customer experiences, and industry-specific breakthroughs.

  • Establish relationshipswith clients, from C-suite executives to technical leaders,andquicklyidentifybusiness challenges that align with our powerful, ready-to-deploy solutions.

  • Forge new client partnerships and drive a high-velocity sales motion to expand our customer base and achieve rapid growthin the mid-market customer segment

  • Deliverand executecompelling, high-impact proposals thatshowcasethe clear business value and rapid time-to-value of ouroffering portfolio and Google Cloudservices

  • Collaborate with a dedicated Sales Engineer to rapidlyvalidatethe technical fit and accelerate deal closure for our streamlined solutions.

  • Orchestrate an efficient end-to-end sales process, mastering a high-speed cycle frominitialdiscovery to a swift and successful close

  • Maintaindeep, trusted relationshipsacross multipleclient accounts and across the Google Cloud ecosystem tosupporta seamless client experienceacross sales and delivery

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Minimum 8 years professional sales experience

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience selling complex cloud solutions and/or technology consulting services.

  • Minimum 5 years selling Google Cloud and related services with a p roventrack recordof sourcing and successfully closing deals with an Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of $500K or more.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associates degree, 6 years of work experience

  • Excellent communication,executivepresenceandpresentation skills, with experiencebuilding and managingC-level executiverelationships

  • Experience managing the end-to-end sales cycle,including leading and coordinating cross-functional teams(e.gpre-sales, solution, partners),from lead generation and needs analysis to contract negotiation and closure.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
