Job Description

We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist with strong hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience working with Google Ads and understands how to manage campaigns for service-based or home service companies.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing Google Ads campaigns for residential and small-business services, monitoring campaign performance, and making strategic decisions to help maximize results within the assigned budgets.

We are looking for someone who can confidently speak about their experience, explain their campaign strategies, and demonstrate a strong understanding of Google Ads.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience working with Google Ads.
• Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Experience working with service-based or home service companies.
• Experience managing campaigns for residential and/or small-business services.
• Strong understanding of campaign management, optimization, and budget management.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and websites.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to clearly explain campaign strategies and performance.
• B2 English level or higher, if English is not your native language.
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and organizational skills

What You will do

• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Manage and adjust campaign budgets based on performance and business needs.
• Review campaign data and use performance insights to make informed decisions.
• Manage multiple websites and advertising campaigns simultaneously.
• Work with campaigns focused on residential and small-business services.
• Clearly communicate campaign strategies, performance, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with Google Ads best practices and platform changes.
• Provide visibility into current campaigns and explain the strategy and decisions behind them.
