We are seeking a performance-oriented marketer capable of managing and growing paid campaigns across the US, UK, and Canadian markets with substantial budgets.
Requirements
Oversee and expand campaigns on:
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
Manage a monthly spend of ₹1–2 Cr+
Drive key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
Conduct A/B testing involving creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies
Optimize acquisition and retention funnels
Collaborate with creative and product teams to enhance performance
Experience working in the US, UK, and Canadian markets
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets exceeding ₹1–2 Cr
Strong expertise in performance KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, and CPA
Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, AppsFlyer/Adjust, GTM, Excel
No experience with low-budget campaigns
No experience limited to India-only campaigns
Must have experience in scaling campaigns, not just executing them
Has successfully scaled high-budget campaigns with strong ROI
Exhibits deep ownership of KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, and CTR
