Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our Digital Marketing team as a Google Ads Executive. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of online advertising and a strong willingness to learn and grow in performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, creating, and managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Video).
  • Conduct keyword research and analyze competitors to optimize campaign performance.
  • Monitor campaign performance and generate regular reports.
  • Optimize ads, bids, and budgets to improve ROI and achieve campaign goals.
  • Work closely with the content and design teams to create effective ad copies and creatives.
  • Track conversions and analyze data using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of Google Ads and digital marketing concepts.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred (Optional):

  • Google Ads Certification (Search/Display).
  • Internship or coursework in Digital Marketing.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
