About the Role A growing e-commerce company in Brooklyn is looking for a sharp, organized Google Ads Coordinator to serve as the internal point of oversight for their remote paid search team. This is a coordination and reporting role — you'll monitor campaign activity, track performance, and surface key insights to leadership, keeping everyone informed and aligned without necessarily being the one running the campaigns yourself.

Key Responsibilities

Oversight & Monitoring

• Monitor the activity and progress of a remote Google Ads team
• Ensure campaigns are running on schedule and flag any issues to leadership
• Serve as the internal point of contact between the ads team and leadership

Reporting

• Compile and present performance reports for leadership review
• Track key metrics and translate data into clear, actionable summaries
• Maintain organized records of campaign activity and results

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of Google Ads and paid search fundamentals
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working with a remote team and reporting to leadership
• Detail-oriented with the ability to synthesize data into clear takeaways
• E-commerce background a plus
