Skills and Experience:
Google Administrator: -
ØAdminister and support Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Meet, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.).
ØConfigure and maintain user accounts, groups, and permissions in Google Admin Console.
ØProvide Level 2 support for Google Workspace issues, including email, calendar, file sharing, and other Google services.
ØTroubleshoot and resolve Google Workspace-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to users.
ØAssist with the setup, configuration, and migration of users into Google Workspace.
ØManage and monitor Google Workspace security features, including 2-Step Verification, data loss prevention (DLP), and audit logs.
ØEnsure proper backup, retention, and recovery procedures for Google Workspace data.
ØImplement and maintain best practices for Google Workspace usage and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
ØCollaborate with other IT teams to integrate Google Workspace with other business applications and services.
ØProvide training and documentation for end users on Google Workspace features and best practices.
ØMonitor system performance and address issues related to Google Workspace performance and reliability.
ØStay up to date with Google Workspace updates and new features, ensuring that the organization leverages the latest tools and capabilities.
ØAssist with reporting and analytics from Google Workspace, such as usage metrics, security reports, and other operational data.
ØManage and Maintain Google workspace MDM and User configuration related to MDM.
ØManage and Maintain Google workspace related security.
