Job Description

Liderar y coordinar las operaciones de flujo de mercancías de entrada y salida (Inbound y Outbound), garantizando la disponibilidad de productos, la precisión del inventario y la ejecución eficiente de los procesos logísticos. Desarrollar y acompañar al equipo a través de coaching, capacitación y seguimiento continuo, promoviendo una cultura de alto desempeño, seguridad y cumplimiento. Asegurar la correcta utilización de los recursos operativos, colaborar con áreas internas y socios estratégicos, e impulsar iniciativas que contribuyan al logro de los objetivos de negocio, la satisfacción del cliente, la sostenibilidad y los estándares de calidad de IKEA

  • Liderar la ejecución de los procesos de flujo de mercancías (Inbound y Outbound) para garantizar la disponibilidad de productos, la precisión de inventario y una excelente experiencia para el cliente al menor costo posible.
  • Dirigir, desarrollar y acompañar al equipo mediante coaching, capacitación y retroalimentación continua, asegurando altos niveles de desempeño y planes de sucesión.
  • Coordinar las operaciones logísticas con equipos internos y socios estratégicos para asegurar procesos eficientes y alineados con los objetivos del negocio.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares IKEA, el Código de Conducta, las políticas internas y la legislación aplicable en materia de salud, seguridad, medio ambiente y protección.
  • Contribuir a la planificación operativa mediante la implementación de iniciativas del plan de negocio y del plan de acción logístico.
  • Asegurar la ejecución eficiente de los procesos de recepción, almacenamiento, reabastecimiento, surtido y despacho de mercancías.
  • Optimizar el uso de recursos, espacio, equipos y capacidad operativa para maximizar la productividad y eficiencia logística.
  • Promover una cultura de seguridad, sostenibilidad, diversidad e inclusión, contribuyendo a los objetivos ambientales y sociales de la organización.
  • Compartir conocimiento y mejores prácticas para fortalecer las competencias del equipo y mejorar continuamente las operaciones de goods flow.
  • Monitorear indicadores operativos y asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos definidos en la cadena de suministro y acuerdos de servicio.
  • Fomentar la cultura y los valores de IKEA, impulsando un entorno de trabajo colaborativo, orientado a resultados y centrado en las personas.
  • Contribuir al logro de los objetivos de la cadena de valor mediante la correcta ejecución de los procesos de flujo de mercancías asignados.

Qualifications

  • Understanding how to lead and manage in order to build high performing teams and secure succession for the future.
  • Understand budget, cost and key performance measurements used to plan, follow up and steer the business.
  • Understand the business plan process and how to integrate logistics priorities into that plan.
  • Understand capacity planning and can analyse future needs and formulate actions to meet these needs at the lowest total cost.
  • Understand all the goods flow processes and how to improve them.
  • Understand how other functions contribute to successful logistics operations
  • Understand the IKEA Code of Conduct, regulations and legislation relating to health, safety and security.
  • Knowledge of the IKEA Concept description, including the IKEA vision and business idea, and IKEA culture and values.
  • Knowledge of the topic Review process and can take action based on the learning/results.
  • Knowledge and understanding the eight IKEA Key Values.
