Filinvest Hospitality: Quest Plus Conference Center Clark

The Golf Receptionist / Cashier is responsible for delivering a seamless guest experience by efficiently managing golf-related transactions and front desk operations. This role ensures accurate cashiering, compliance with financial procedures, and exceptional guest service, contributing to a smooth arrival and departure experience for all golfers.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Process payments accurately for green fees, driving range usage, rentals, and pro shop purchases using the POS system
• 
  Issue official receipts and ensure all transactions are properly recorded and reconciled at the end of each shift
• 
  Handle various payment methods (cash, credit card, charge-to-room, membership) in compliance with company policies
• 
  Provide professional and courteous assistance to guests, including explaining rates, packages, and promotions
• 
  Address guest billing inquiries and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution
• 
  Ensure strict adherence to financial controls, company policies, and BIR regulations
• 
  Safeguard cash, POS systems, and confidential financial information at all times
• 
  Coordinate with Golf Operations, Bag Drop, and Pro Shop to ensure efficient guest flow
• 
  Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception/cashiering area and support operational needs as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in handling POS and financial systems is an advantage
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a cashiering, front office, or customer service role (preferably in hospitality or golf operations)
• Strong numerical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-oriented approach
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles, cash handling procedures, and financial controls
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays, with a professional and composed demeanor
• Willing to work in Clark
