River Hall Country Club, located within a beautifully master-planned community, features an award-winning golf course designed by Davis Love III. Since opening in 2007, this 7,000+ yard course has delivered a fun yet challenging experience for members and guests, surrounded by natural beauty and thoughtful design. The Club also offers exceptional practice facilities, including a 400-yard double-sided driving range, expansive putting greens, chipping and bunker areas, and a short course—making it a premier golf destination in the region.
We are currently seeking professional, personable, and service-driven applicants to join our Outside Services Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being outdoors, engaging with Members, and helping ensure an outstanding golf experience from the first tee to the final hole.
Pay: $15.00 an hour

Provide optimal customer service to Members and Guests. Attempt to anticipate and fulfill customer needs in a variety of responsibilities as assigned which may include work in Cart Barn, Valet, Starting and/or Course Play (Ranger). Enforces Dress Code Policy.

Work is primarily outdoors. Potential exposure to sharp and rapid equipment movement, sharp utensils, harmful chemicals and/or being exposed to flying golf balls.

Good organizational and verbal skills. Ability to use logical and rational thinking to resolve issues. Ability to perform basic mathematical skills, monitors and develops subordinates, visually monitor the operation areas, write and read member communication.
Must have the ability to perform moderate physical work and may be required to lift up to 50 lbs., up to 30 lbs. frequently. Perform activities such as bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing, reaching, standing, pushing, lifting and grasping for up to 4 hours without sitting. Ability to consistently lift, carry and load adaptive and other equipment that may weigh 30 or more pounds, and sustain aerobic activity for 20 consecutive minutes.
Please be advised that all work that requires the use of a ladder more than 8 ft. long must be reviewed by Hampton Golf’s Club Maintenance person. Following an assessment of the situation, a determination will be made as to whether a maintenance team member or subcontractors will perform the necessary maintenance task. No other staff member is authorized to climb to heights exceeding 8 ft. and/or perform such maintenance. In addition, personnel are prohibited from entering facility attics, walking on the roof of buildings and/or from using scaffolding.
