GOLF OPS HOUSEKEEPER – KE'OLU

The Golf Operations Housekeeper – Ke‘olu is responsible for ensuring all public and member areas are clean, sanitary, and welcoming. This position supports daily golf operations by maintaining facilities, restocking supplies, and working collaboratively with teammates in a fast‑paced luxury hospitality environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public and member areas through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting

• Clean, fold, and properly store towels and linens

• Restock food, beverage, towel, and supply areas to support daily operations

• Safely lift, move, and arrange furniture, equipment, and supplies

• Consistently follow Four Seasons Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct

• Work harmoniously and professionally with coworkers, supervisors, members, and guests

WHAT TO BRING

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent

• Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is helpful but not required

• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively

• Willingness to work independently and collaborate as part of a team

• Comfort working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

• A professional, courteous, and guest‑focused attitude aligned with Four Seasons standards
