Motlow State is located in the beautiful rolling hills of middle Tennessee and has four campuses that serve students from eleven counties. Motlow positions are contingent upon funding availability and budget approval.
General Function:
Manages the Golf program within confines set by Athletic Director, the NJCAA and the TCCAA rules. Assess student-athlete skills. Recruit student athletes motivated to graduate from Motlow State and be the best they can be both on and off the field. Ensure each student-athlete on the team is on a path to graduate, competes on the field at the highest level, and ensure that each student-athlete remains financially and academically eligible to participate in athletics.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree earned from a regionally accredited institution and at least one year previous collegiate or professional level competitive coaching / playing experience. Must possess and maintain a valid Tennessee driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree earned from a regionally accredited institution and three years previous collegiate or professional level competitive coaching / playing experience. Knowledge of National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) and Tennessee Community College Athletic Association (TCCAA) rules. Must possess and maintain a valid Tennessee driver’s license.
