GOLF FRONT DESK ATTENDANT
Hobbit's Glen Golf Club is looking for friendly, customer service-oriented and highly-motivated individuals to join our team!
The Front Desk Attendant provides the highest level of customer service to members and guests by creating a warm and welcoming environment at all times. You will be responsible for (but not limited to) supporting the day-to-day activities and functions of the club, assisting members with booking tee times, processing member check-ins and transactions, inspecting and maintaining the cleanliness of the club, restocking snacks and supplies, and helping members take advantage of golf programs and services.
He or she is encouraged to learn to work in multiple departments/areas of the facility such as outdoor services, cart attendant, ranger, starter, and driving range duties. Evening, weekday, and weekend availability is required. Previous job experience performing transactions using a POS system and/or in a customer service capacity and familiarity with the golf industry and terminology is preferred.
Requirements Include:
The pay range for this position is $16.00 to $17.00. The actual pay rate offered will depend on the overall qualifications of the individual applicant for the position and the amount budgeted for the role.
