  • Analyse customer maintenance processes and map system functionality to business workflows.
  • Elicit, clarify and document functional requirements for software changes and configurations.
  • Translate requirements into functional specifications for the delivery team.

  • Deliver on-site customer training and produce training materials to support adoption.
  • Support data-related activities including data collection, validation and migration as part of implementations.
  • Participate in the full implementation lifecycle as part of the solution delivery team.
  • Provide on-going SME support through sustainment and customer support for the European customer users.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Practical experience working in an MRO environment, preferably within aircraft line or depth maintenance organisations.
  • Experience in delivering customer training in a technical or operational context.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience using enterprise maintenance management or logistics management applications (GOLDesp experience is highly desirable).
  • Experience defining and analysing business and functional requirements.
  • Familiarity with databases, data collection and migration activities.
  • Experience with testing methodologies and creating/executing test scripts.
  • General:
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills — able to produce clear functional specifications and training material.
  • Comfortable travelling regularly across Europe and working in a hybrid model (Bristol base).
