Lynwood Village in Ascot is a retirement community designed for individuals aged 65 and over. It is situated in a scenic location with free parking. It features a variety of amenities a swimming pool, gym and various leisure activities. The Village offers 152 apartments and cottages.
About the Receptionist Position
As a Receptionist at Lynwood Retirement Village, you’ll be our visitors first point of contact, greeting them and providing guidance for their visit.
Additionally, you’ll be responsible for performing clerical tasks that support the office’s daily operations. From answering phone calls, distributing mail, and scheduling meetings, you’ll have a hand in all parts of the business.
You will be the Emergency First Aider to the Village and Fire Marsal – Full training will be provided.
Reception cover on site is 7 days a week and will include Bank holidays.
We are looking to hire 2 x receptionist £13.30 Per Hour
15 Hours per week. This is 2 x 7.5 hour shifts per week. 07.00 Till 15.00
20 Hours Per Week. This is 4 x 5 hour shifts per week. 15.00 Till 20.00
