We are looking for an experienced Go/Golang Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems. The role focuses on building REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems while contributing to cloud-native application development and modern software engineering practices.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Go, solid system design knowledge, and experience building reliable applications in containerized and cloud environments.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Go/Golang.
• Build and maintain robust RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Develop distributed systems with a focus on scalability, reliability, performance, and fault tolerance.
• Implement effective concurrency patterns using Go.
• Design, optimize, and maintain SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Develop and deploy containerized applications using Docker.
• Deploy and manage services using Kubernetes and cloud platforms.
• Contribute to system architecture, technical design, and scalability decisions.
• Identify and resolve performance, reliability, and production issues.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows.
• Follow Git-based development, code review, testing, and version-control practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for services, APIs, and system components.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with strong hands-on expertise in Go/Golang.
• Strong experience developing REST APIs and microservices.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, scalability, fault tolerance, and system reliability.
• Strong knowledge of Go concurrency concepts, including goroutines, channels, and concurrent programming.
• Good understanding of system design and backend architecture.
• Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms.
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern software development practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, testable, and maintainable code.
• Strong understanding of performance optimization and production troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a technical engineering team.
