【支付平台】Golang后端开发工程师上海研发 - 后端开发技术岗位职位描述作为团队技术骨干，具备强烈owner意识，对沐瞳支付后端服务全生命周期负责，保障全球游戏支付业务安全稳定可扩展，支撑相关业务落地。
1. 【交付能力】主导后端服务全流程交付，把控需求拆解、开发上线全环节，确保业务闭环落地。
2. 【规划能力】负责核心系统长期规划与债务治理，持续优化架构、代码及性能，保障服务高效。
3. 【技术攻坚】牵头攻克高并发、容灾等技术难点，优化架构流程适配全球业务场景。
4. 【效率提升】落地效率工具解决痛点，参与Code Review，帮带团队提升效能。
5. 【owner意识】对最终业务结果负责，实现快速交付，建立监控和服务对账，保障SLA达标与系统高可用。职位要求 1. 计算机或相关专业本科以上学历，具有扎实的数据结构和算法功底，3 年以上 Golang、Java 服务端系统开发经验，愿意使用 Golang 作为主要开发语言；
2. 熟练掌握 Web 接口标准设计规范，对微服务、系统性能调优、数据库等有大规模实际项目经验者优先；
3. 熟悉常用分布式框架、任务调度、消息队列等中间件，对分布式原理有深刻理解；
4. 熟悉 MySQL、消息队列、Redis、ES 等存储组件，并有大规模服务调优和底层原理研究者优先；
5. 技术扎实，追求事物的本质，追求优雅的代码，热爱编码；
6. 沟通能力强，能独立完成和外部的技术对接；
7. 有AI辅助编程的落地经验者，能够抽离SKILL，减少少AI编程的框架漂移，确保AI穿出质量不下降。
可以加分的：
1. 有支付、电商系统服务端开发经验，熟悉TOB服务对接流程，有外部客户技术协作经验者优先。
2. 熟悉云原生技术栈（Kubernetes、Docker、Tracing、Promethous、ApiGateway）者优先；
3. 有领域驱动设计（DDD）落地经验者优先。
4. 良好的学习能力、沟通能力强、有责任心强、能够独立负责相关业务模块的持续迭代。
