Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented snd tech-savvy GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert to support growing businesses, coaches, or agencies by building, managing, and optimizing systems with Go High Level.This role focuses on creating scalable funnels, automations, and CRM workflows to support lead generation, client onboarding, and ongoing marketing operations. The ideal candidate has deep hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Work schedule:

• Part-time or full-time (based on client needs)
• Monday to Friday
• Working hours aligned with US or UK business

Responsibilities:

• Build, customize and optimize funnels, landing pages, and campaigns within GoHighLevel
• Design, implement, and maintain automation workflows for lead nurturing, bookin, and client follow-ups
• Manage CRM pipelines, custom fields, tags, and lead segmentation
• Configure calendars, forms, surveys, and email/SMS campaigns
• Troubleshoot platform issues, automation errors, and performance gaps within GoHighLevel
• Support while-labeled GoHighLevel accounts with confidence and accuracy
• Collaborate with clients or internal teams to productize services into repeatable, scalable systems
• Document workflows, campaign setups, and system updates for ongoing optimization
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively recommend system improvements

Qualifications:

• Proven hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (2+ years preferred)
• Strong understanding of funnel strategy, CRM systems, and automation logic
• Experience building end-to-end client journeys within GHL
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple accounts
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience supporting coaches, consultants, agencies, or service based businesses is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field preferred
